The employees of the Pampa Police Department are committed to delivering the highest level of public safety services possible to the citizens and visitors to our community. We hold ourselves to high standards of conduct and the expectation is for our employees to always perform their duties with integrity, respect, and in a professional manner. In the same regard, we also understand that our employees are human, and in times, may fall below our agency’s expectation. We seek your feedback to assist us in identifying those instances, and are committed to investigating all complaints of misconduct, regardless of form, source, or substance. Please complete the form below with as much information as you can provide.

Once complete, the following process will take place:

  1. The complaint will be reviewed by a member of our Command Staff and assigned to the employee’s supervisor or Professional Standards Investigator depending on the nature of the complaint.
  2. You will be contacted by the supervisor or investigator assigned to the complaint.
  3. The matter will be investigated.
  4. We will notify you of the results of the investigation.

Note: While anonymous complaints are allowed to ensure we become aware of each incident that falls below our professional standards expectation, they do not allow us to provide any feedback to the complainant as listed above in section 1-4. Also, per Texas Government Code 614.022, for certain matters to be fully investigated, a signed written complaint must be provided to the Officer(s) named within the complaint. Due to this requirement, anonymous complaints may not allow us to fully investigate or take disciplinary action against an employee.
