Complaint Against Employee

The Brazos County Sheriff's Office takes seriously all complaints regarding the service provided by the Office and the conduct of its members. The Sheriff’s Office will accept and address all complaints of misconduct in accordance with agency policy, and applicable federal, state, and local law. It is the policy of the Sheriff’s Office to ensure that the community can report misconduct without concern for reprisal or retaliation. Members of the public may make a complaint in any form including on-line submission, writing, email, in person or by telephone.

  1. Your complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor.
  2. The Sheriff’s Office will investigate your complaint.
  3. We will notify you of the results of the investigation.
